I feel super blessed to have gotten this little bit of flattery from the lovely people at Forth Magazine. The September 18th Happening Reception was by all measures a very successful event for all the artists included, and fortunately for all of us Forth was on hand to cover it. Unfortuneatly, I didn't get to personally meet miss Blais, though I owe her a thank you. ando and friends art show!

so a while back i decided to submit a painting to the Ando and Friends coloring contest. Now, I am super excited to announce to good folks at Ando and Friends art hosting an art show featuring all the entries. so if you happen to be in san clemente on sept. 11, then swing by and have a look at all the awesome work.

i am really excited to being showing for the next month at The Happening Gallery. I have been working really hard on producing a new series of natural interpretations. The series is based around trying to do "family portraits" of trees. So go by the gallery, and if you are around on the 18th come to the artist reception.

Chocolate and Art!

so the 4th chocolate and art event came and went with a thunder. there were artists, performers, designers, and dancers all getting down together. food was had, and smiles were made. here are some pictures:

Tomorrow night at Daydream Republic i'll be participating in a one night show. I am showing 3 pieces along with 26 other artists, live music, nude body painting, chocolate fondue, a band, and 4 dj's. cover is $5 and it promises to be a party.

ando & friends coloring contest

so the good folks over at ando & friends are hosting a coloring contest. the contest is still taking submissions, and accepts pretty much any medium. so being a fan of Andy Davis I decided to do a piece, and put my name into the hat.

so here it is...
